All rooms are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning units. Use the remote control to switch the unit on or off.  Kindly note, the unit may take a few minutes to start, this is normal. To adjust the temperature; use the Up (▲) or Down (▼) buttons to set your desired temperature. We recommended a range: 20°C – 24°C (68°F – 75°F) for optimal comfort and energy efficiency. We also recommend turning it off when leaving the room to conserve energy.

In each room, there is a ceiling fan. The on-off switch as well as the pace switch are situated on the headboard of your bed.

Your room is ready from 12.00 noon in the daytime. Early check-in is subject to room availability and cannot be confirmed. We kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM. Please contact the reception if you wish to have a day room.

If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the correct information at your door front.
Housekeeping service will not be provided unless requested.

In our rooms, the electrical current is 240 volts, 50 cycles. Power fluctuations are common and can damage sensitive electrical equipment. In case of a power failure, a generator will provide electricity throughout the hotel.

Please familiarize yourself with the nearest fire exit. A diagram at the back of your entrance door shows the location of the nearest fire exit and gives detailed fire instructions.

The keys for your room are specially made so that they cannot be duplicated. In case of key loss, we, unfortunately, have to charge 3,500 KES to replace the lock.

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on your room veranda, where an ashtray is provided. Smoking inside any roofed area is prohibited by law and subject to heavy fines. A penalty of 50,000 KES applies for violations.

All our rooms have a TV. An overview of the TV & Radio channels and the remote control are in your room. 

You have a personal safe in your room. Guests are kindly requested to always put their valuables there. The hotel is not responsible for any loss of money or valuables that haven’t been properly secured in this safe.

You may book your wake-up call at any time through our reception.

Each day we provide you with a free 500 ml bottle of drinking water. Additional drinking water in bottles can also be purchased at our bars or with the Room Service. We advise against drinking water from the tap.  Dispensers are available in the hotel for refilling. 

Meetings with non-resident guests should take place in public areas.Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms unless registered or authorized by management.Please inform the gate or reception in advance to avoid delays.
